ABRASION RESISTANT BRAIDED SLEEVE

Abrasion Resistant Braided Sleeve (SAI-ARBS) :-SAI-ARBS is made of monofilaments which offers excellent performance of abrasion resistance. It provides smooth, soft surface for application when dragged over the rough surface. The open weave design allows easy installation on bundles of hoses and cables, even when the hoses and cables are bulky or have large connectors. Once fully expanded, our sleeve is expandable up to 1.5 times w.r.t. its original size. It is commonly used to cover cables, wire harnesses, tubes, and industrial hoses that require additional protection.

SELF WRAPPING SLEEVESelf close-wrapping Sleeve (SAI-SWS):SAI-SWS is a non-expandable sleeving woven from monofilament and multifilament polyester yarns. It is noise resistant, lightweight & highly abrasion resistance, the split open design allows easy installation on the cable harness assemblies. It facilitates easy fitment of sleeve even after complete assembly of Hose with larger end fittings.

The outer aluminum finish is highly reflective while the inner layer of the fiberglass greatly increases insulating efficiency.

PLASTIC SPIRAL GUARDPlastic Spiral Guard (SAI-PSG):SAI-PSG is widely used in the protection of hydraulic hoses, pressure pipe and cable products. Abrasion Resistance Textile Sleeve (SAI-ARTS):SAI-ARTS consists of nylon multifilament. This kind of tubular sleeves are uniquely designed and ideal for protecting machinery against any possible hydraulic hose oil leakage or spill.
