FIBREGLASS SLEEVESFibreglass Sleeves (SAI-FGS):ShiftAir manufactures high temperature fibreglass sleeves, which are made using non-alkali fibreglass yarn treated in high temperature. These sleeves can be customised in terms of flexibility based on requirement and are majorly used in Heating elements for high temperature, domestic electrical heating appliances, all electricthermal machines, sleeve for cable assemblies subject to high temperature, wire harness, EGR hoses, etc.

Polyurethane Sleeve (SAI-PS):-ShiftAir Polyurethane Sleeves are used to protect surface from wear abrasion and damage. The sleeves can be cut to exact length, allows for product viewing and in most applications it offers superior abrasion and chemical resistance. They have been specially designed to give maximum protection to the various parts as per the need. ShiftAir PU Sleeves are very efficient and are majorly used to provide protection layer of hose and cables for better abrasion, chemical resistance and shock.

HOSE MANDRELS (SAI-HM) :-At ShiftAir, We manufacture mandrels from Nylon, Polyproplene as per our Customer's Individual requirements using a unique & specially developed extrusion process which produces mandrels without voids & with improved long term dimensional stability.

PLASTIC SPIRAL GUARDPlastic Spiral Guard (SAI-PSG):SAI-PSG is widely used in the protection of hydraulic hoses, pressure pipe and cable products. By installing spiral guard on the product, it comprehensively improves the performance of wear-resistance, insulation, oil resistant and flame retardant, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, thus increases the service life of the product. SAI-PSG is very easy to wrap & It facilitates easy fitment of sleeve even after complete assembly of Hose.

Corrugated Aluminium Heat Sleeve (SAI-CAHS) :-SAI-CAHS are generally used in areas where surrounding temperature is high & it provides excellent long-term heat protection for rubber hoses, wire harness and cables in high temperature areas.

Abrasion Resistant Braided Sleeve (SAI-ARBS) :-SAI-ARBS is made of monofilaments which offers excellent performance of abrasion resistance. It provides smooth, soft surface for application when dragged over the rough surface. The open weave design allows easy installation on bundles of hoses and cables, even when the hoses and cables are bulky or have large connectors. Once fully expanded, our sleeve is expandable up to 1.5 times w.r.t. its original size. It is commonly used to cover cables, wire harnesses, tubes, and industrial hoses that require additional protection.
